Delightful Desserts was a dream given to Joe Rivers at an early age. What started out as desserts evolved into food bringing Delightful Desserts and Homemade together.

We truly enjoy cooking, creating new items and hearing that food was Delicious, on point, awesome, off the chain, the best I have ever had etc. We truly enjoy making people happy by providing quality food with the skills and knowledge that we have been Blessed with!

Our Head Chef, Joe aka “the Cake Man” has been in the Food Industry over 30 years and during that time has had the pleasure of working with a lot of talented people in the food industry from Dave & Buster, to the likes of Norman Brinker of Brinker International. He has worked to start up new stores such as Patrizio and has an endless talent for making new dishes.

Joe, has worked as Executive Kitchen Manager, training other managers to run their own stores and prides himself on food quality.

Delightful Desserts was recently granted an Environmental Health Award of Excellence from the City of DeSoto. We are proud to be a part of something great in the community!
